What I'm Loving!

Here are a few things that I'm loving right now:

 

First up is Glade's Cashmere Woods scent.  Oh man, this is such a perfect fragrance for this time of year (as a matter of fact, about a year ago I posted a "What I'm Loving" list that included this too).  It's not sweet or spicy, it's more of a smoky/warm scent that is positively amazing.  I mean it takes me to the perfect, crisp Fall day (even when it's 80 degrees out)!  I invested in the Sense and Spray version this year, perfect!

 

Next up are my new Minnetonka Kiltie Moccasins in wine - purchased via a Shopbop giftcard giveaway win from the lovely Jessica over at Bedknobs & Baubles - a great blog check it out!

They are so comfy and go great with everything! They do run large so if you decide to get some then order a 1/2 size down.

 

Just a couple of things I'm into right now.

 

I also noticed that I'm painfully close to 100 followers!  That's a big thing, so thanks to all the new followers!  And if you aren't already following, what are you waiting for?  Ha!  I remember when I first started blogging I sat on 14 followers for months and months.  I'm slow to grow that's for sure.  Have a great Tuesday!

Love Julie Bowen's home featured in April 2010 InStyle

Julie Bowen's home (featured in the April 2010 InStyle) is great - I've said this before, about other homes too - not 100% my style, but I love bits and pieces.  It's a fun mix of things and kid friendly.  Her sister, Interior Designer, Molly Luetkemeyer designed the space.  Of course I was a bit slow in my post (all my posts) this week and the divine SHELTER blog beat me to the punch - go here to see her fabulous post about this house.  Oh snap, I gotta up my bloggin' game!  LOL!

House Beautiful Designer Visions 2009: Thom Filicia

I just cracked open the November House Beautiful and fell in love with the showhouse Thom Filicia designed for them.  Now it's not 100% my style, but there are so many things to love.  I love that there's color, but not too much and not too bold and that there's an overall warm vibe.  Here are a few of my favorite things:

Lovely barn converted into a home!

I just love this barn that was converted into a house in New Jersey - it's so quaint.  Designed by WESKetch Architecture and featured in October's Architectural Digest.

Lovely home!

I'm totally into these two images from Robert Richardson's home that was featured in September's Metropolitan Home. I love the retro yet modern vibe along with the dark, Earthy palette. It fits perfectly with the transition from Summer to Fall. *note: the images look a bit dead in these online versions - pick up a copy of the magazine and take a look. They come off much richer and less flat.*

I just received the September issue of Architectural Digest. As I was breezing through it, the last article about architect Campion Platt's Palm Beach, FL house caught my attention. What a bright and cheery home!

Lovely home

Wouldn't it just be horrible to have this living room with that view? It's just terrible that people have to put up with such things. I am kidding of course. I would love to be sitting in that room right now just staring at the surrounding gorgeousness. This is a house in Hong Kong located on the South China Sea, Jim Olson is the architect. Lovely home

The NY weekend home of Charles and Xiomara Scheidt featured in Metropolitan Home's July/August 2009 issue really caught my eye. Three rooms in particular:

I love the warm color scheme and mid century vibe. The house, itself was designed by Resolution: 4 Architecture and the interior was designed by Amy Lau.
