Macbar in NYC

I love the concept of Macbar, a quickserve eatery in Soho.  Serving many variations of the ultimate comfort food - Mac & Cheese - how could you go wrong?  Even better, the Mac & Cheese inspired interior of the 300 square foot restaurant (love how the chocolate brown accents mimic the burnt parts of the cheese when it comes out of the oven).  Check it out:
