Loving these looks from Gap...

I'm so in love with these looks from Gap's Spring 2011 advertising.  They are the very definition of chic and simple!  Very inspiring!  I must get my hands on those flare jeans below!

  4. The flare is really the most flattering for most figure types isn't it? At least for those of us with anything but perfect shaped legs. I'm loving it too Jenny. You have the best 'style-radar'.
How the whole family? Hoping school is going well and your kicking butt?

Be well my buddy xo xo

  6. Gorgeous. I bought a pair of Michael Kors wide legs a few months back...and now I want those Gap bad boys too!

  7. Love Flare jeans, especially with high sandals. Do you know if these are low cut?

  9. I think these are a higher rise than what we've seen in a while. Very 70's chic.

  11. Agree with Connie-what if you don't have 5 foot long legs?

  12. In all honesty, I've always leaned towards flare/wider legs (even in non-denim) and I've found they do make the legs look longer - especially with the higher rise. Optical illusion, if you will. If you don't want to wear heels with them, get them hemmed (done that too). With my body type - I've got some hips on me - these styles work better for me than say, a skinny jean. I have yet to find a skinny jean that doesn't make me look or feel like an ice cream cone - LOL! My advice is to try on, try on, try on. I'm still trying to find that right skinny jean and when I do, you all will be the first to know :o) xoxo
